Trochę mnie nawet tym kdebluetoothem dla kde4 zainteresowałeś. Masz dwie opcje:
1) cvs up SPECS/kdebluetooth4.spec; builder -bb SPECS/kdebluetooth4.spec
2) poldek --update --upa; poldek -i kdebluetooth4-0.3 [Th-test]
