I hope to create some console based installer, but not as official PLD
installer. I just need such thing and I'll do it mainly for myself.

Anyway, you really, really should look into anaconda. it provides both
text and graphical installer and some people (glen and maybe patrys, I'm
not sure) already made it somehow work with PLD. Help them finish what
is almost working instead of reinventing the wheel by coding new
text/graphical/whatever installer from scratch.
