And do we need one? What about Live/Rescue + poldek + some helpers as it 
is today?

I think that sysadmins will prefer the poldek way anyway and mere 
mortals will love to install a tested LiveCD as is and later just 
reinstall a new one or try to upgrade using poldek (CLI or GUI). If we 
move LiveCD to LiveDVD I think we could get almost everything a mortal 
wants in one CD and some people wouldn't need to even touch poldek.
