What is missing in rpm from AC to have UTF-specs?

Maybe you're right but remember that removing arch really hurts...
I've changed arch on my home-desktop 3 times (i586 -> i686 -> athlon -> 
amd64) and it was not nice thing.
In something what is called "stable" it shouldn't happen.
