Nothing. I decided to not put it there because default encoding on Ac is
ISO and working with UTF specs on ISO system is PITA or requires
additional tweaks/scripting for which I simply don't have time.

Well. If Ac 2.1 will not appear, then the architecture changes I wrote
about were already made in Th. Final user upgrading from Ac to next
stable will have do deal with those changes anyway.
