Hello,

I installed PLD this morning.  Great job! It was oh so easy! I only have one minor problem, I can't su to root during a telnet session or log in as root for an ssh session. It comes back saying invalid password.
Being relatively new to linux, I don't know where to change this setting.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Add yourself to ,,wheel'' group (vi /etc/group). To allow root login over ssh set
PermitRootLogin yes in /etc/ssh/sshd_config.

You should _not_ use telnet at  al, and do not ssh directly to
root account. Instead of ssh into your normal account and 'su'
-  but firstly  edit  /etc/group file  and  add yourself  into
'wheel' group.

If I may suggest something, dont use vi /etc/group. Use vigr. It will
lock the file to prevent corruption.
