Subject: ftp updates (Xen 4.6, ruby 2.1, packages removals)

Hi,
I just moved ~700 packages from test to ready, among them:

- Xen 4.6.1 - please test, this version removes xend
- ruby 2.1
- ffmpeg 3.0 and almost all dependant packages


On a related note, the following packages will be removed soon:

- cinelerra-cv - CV is dead, unmaintained project
- mpeg4ip - dead project, no upstream updates for 9 years

If you really want to keep those, be prepared to maintain them,
as every time their deps change fixing them is a RPITA.

Subject: Update on kernel packages in Th

Hi,
With the addition of new longterm kernel (4.4) we would have six (6)
package lines to keep up. Because of this I'm removing 3.10 and 3.14
from Th to keep the number maintainable. There will be no more
releases for those lines and I will move existing packages to .archive
within a month.
