apm - co potrzeba?

Witam!
1. Taki warning mam w czasie startu X (kernel 2.2.22 z ra):

[adas w dom adas]$ sudo grep APM /var/log/XFree86.0.log
(WW) Open APM failed (/dev/apm_bios) (No such file or directory)
(WW) Open APM failed (/dev/apm_bios) (No such file or directory)

Skąd to (/dev/apm_bios) wziąść?

2. w dmesg pojawia się:

Rozumiem, że to brak wsparcia dla mojej płyty:

Karta działa, wszystko chodzi, więc do czego potrzebny jast agpgart?
