poldek dependancies

The interesting thing is that they both contain /bin/rpm.

[root at saturn .poldek-cache]# rpm -qlp rpm-4.0.4-7x.18.i386.rpm
/bin/rpm
/etc/cron.daily/rpm
/etc/logrotate.d/rpm
/etc/rpm
[snip]

Manually upgrading fixed the problem.

[root at saturn .poldek-cache]#  rpm -U rpm-4.0.4-7x.18.i386.rpm
[root at saturn .poldek-cache]#

poldek> upgrade rpm*
