Adding a user to bugs.pld.pl.org failed

Hello !
I wanted to report a bug. So I went to the above adress, added the
information required (although no SSL available and password filed not type
password but type text and thus clearly visible) and got:


PLD Bug Tracking System
Error

Adding new user failed!

Probably a user with this email addres is already registered in the system.


What should I do now ? Apply for a hotmail account to use
the bug tracking system ?

Btw. adress is spelled with two "s" at the end.
