Get src.rpm from Redhat, enable mcrypt module and rebuild package.
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/7.2/en/os/i386/SRPMS/php-4.0.6-7.src.rpm

You may try to build mcrypt module externaly but this is hard but
posible.
