txt2html new release

Hi,

I've been a happy customer using the txt2html rpm
package from PLD distribution. 

The latest official txt2html release is txt2html-1.28,
which dates back to 1998. I've made a lot changes to
it, and now it is time for me to contribute it back. I
have put it on sourceforge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/txt2html/

and bring the latest version to txt2html-1.35.

Hope you can build your txt2html rpm package from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/txt2html/ in the
future.

auther Seth Golub for these changes, and he is also
the co-admin for the txt2html project on
sourceforge.net.
