making ISO distribution file

Our ISO images are generated by ftp://ftp.pld.org.pl/.stat/geniso-poldek
shell script that uses poldek tool (http://poldek.pld.org.pl/). Bootdisks
are generated bo other scripts that can be found in our cvs in bootdisk
module (http://cvs.pld.org.pl/bootdisk/) and then used in ISO generation.
