Requesting texdoctk

Hello !
texdoctk is a nice gui programm for accessing the various bits and
pices of the (La/pdf/...)Tex documentation. The homepage is

http://www.geophysik.uni-frankfurt.de/~ruedas/progs.html

It would be nice if it could be part of PLD,i.e. if someone could
package it.
