clamav RPM for 0.51 (rpm revision 1.21)

Hello, 

Attempting to rebuild the rpm for Mandrake 9.0.

(clamav-0.51-1.src.rpm) 

under %build tag one has to comment out the following for it to build:
%{__aclocal}
%{__autoconf}
%{__automake}

The rpm builds after that EXCEPT for the following:

binaries are built in /usr/bin as:

i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-clamd
i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-clamscan
i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-freshclam
i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-sigtool

we see the same behavour in /usr/share/man/man1 tree:

i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-clamd.1.bz2
i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-clamscan.1.bz2
i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-freshclam.1.bz2
i586-mandrake-linux-gnu-sigtool.1.bz2

There is something in the clamav.spec file causing this but I am not quite 
sure what it is.   Compiling and installing the source manually works as 
expected.   Can you point me in the right direction?
