coś z PLD nie tak

Witaj ! mam problem ściągnąłem PLD wszystkie obrazy płyt,nagrałem na krążki - dziła wszystko, zabrałem się za instalowanie z CD PLD wszystko pięknie ładnie się zainstalowało, ale pojawił się problem instalowałem kde workstation,i spodziewałem się ze po dobrej instalacji uruchomi sie fajny graficzny pld a tu nic, wyskakuje abym sie logowal jako root i to wszystko,gdzies uslyszalem zeby odpalic to wpisujemy po zalogowaniu startx ale to tez nic nie dalo wyskakuje cos takiego  po zalogowaniu wpisalem startx i cos porobil i wyskoczylo cos takiego : " fatal server error : no screens found.
