PLD mirror

Hello,

I have had a public mirror of the AC tree running for about a year now
using the `mirror` program.

Due to a recent hard drive crash however I have lost the entire mirror.
I am about to set it up again and was wondering if mirror is still the
best tool for the job or if I should be using rsync or something else. 

Have any great config files for getting the job done or should I just
recreate what I was doing?
