SLURPD (replication daemon) work only in debug mode (-d parameter). In any other case slurpd starting, testing replication log but not propagate changes. 
Daemon compiled from original sources (without PLD patches) work correctly. 
After my test I found (probably) buggy patch: "openldap-lt_fixes.patch" but I can't found what exactly is incorrect. Without this patch daemon work.
