autoconf-fhs.patch applied to our autoconf changes defaults 
for libexecdir, sharedstatedir, localstatedir mandir and 
infodir.
This breaks compatibility with original autoconf, which is 
very important for developers, who need to know how their
software will behave on typical systems.
This is not compatible with autoconf documentation neither.
So the generated configure script will work quite different
than `pinfo autoconf` says.
And this patch doesn't any fix FHS compatibility neither.
Properly written applications which use autoconf will place
their files in proper places when used with unpatched autoconf.
This patch may only break this. This patch doesn't even help
with building our packages, as %configure macro in our
rpm overrides those directories and not always with the same
values as those in this patch.
Proposed action: remove this patch ASAP!
