Hi, 

looks like your version of vtund does not like devfsd .. it look for /dev/tun[0..255] instead of /dev/net/tun (wich should be a symlink to /dev/misc/net/tun) .. (a symlink from /dev/net/tun to /dev/tun[0..255] does not work, because vtun threats this device other then /dev/misc/net/tun) .. maybe you take a look on that ..
