date didn't work as should. I tried to use:

    date --rfc '+%d %B %Y'
    
and i've got:
    
    date: a format string may not be specified when using the 
    --rfc-822 (-R) option
    
date from sh-utils-2.0.11-15 works fine:

    [dzimi at cyborg dzimi]$ date --rfc '+%d %B %Y'
    15 September 2002
    [dzimi at cyborg dzimi]$ rpm -q sh-utils
    sh-utils-2.0.11-15
