The postscript exported (with "Export" or "Print") gets magnificaction of "0" when user sets "97%"; this makes the postscript uninterpretable by gs or printer.

Some experiments reveal that the value is being rounded:

100% -> 1
97%  -> 0
190% -> 1
290% -> 2
