  If possible, enable the CONFIG_SCSI_MULTI_LUN kernel flag to allow
access for multi-card readers such as the "5-disk v2.0d" I own.

There was a bug realted to using both SCSI emulation on IDE drives
(CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDE_SCSI) and SCSI_MULTI_LUN in earlier kernels. I
doubt it still exists, but here's the patch in case it is still
