oo... programs need libvcl645li.so. 
_Both_ openoffice-libs-gtk and -kde supply the specific (-gtk or -kde) libs. Nobody makes the link.....

Disclaimer: appeared with poldek --update-dist from previous install , maybe is OK with fresh installs?
