      Summary: Wrong start/stop order in rc-scripts
  
  The PowerDNS (pdns) service starts prior to MySQL,
but its gmysql backend depends on MySQL.

PowerDNS generates an error but manages to respawn
successfully because MySQL is up by that time.

The same goes to shutting down: MySQL stops before
PowerDNS which is still running the gmysql backend
threads.
