Build Identifier: all of kernel-laptop so far

Every time upgrading kernel-laptop system configuration from
/etc/sysconfig/genintrd is ignored and initrd is not generated, because of this
line: 
/sbin/geninitrd -f --initrdfs=initramfs %{?with_bootsplash:--with-bootsplash}
%{?with_fbsplash:--with-fbsplash} --with-suspend2
%{initrd_dir}/initrd-%{kernel_release}.gz %{kernel_release}
in kernel-desktop.spec . For example when using suspend instead of TuxOnIce
initrd is not created:(

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
set USE_SUSPEND=yes and USE_TUXONICE=no in /etc/sysconfig/geninitrd
poldek:/all-avail> upgrade kernel-laptop-*

Actual Results:  
1:kernel-laptop          ########################################### [ 14%]
geninitrd: ERROR: Tuxonice shouldn't be used in parallel with mainline
suspend!.

$ file /boot/initrd-laptop
/boot/initrd-laptop: broken symbolic link to `initrd-2.6.22.13_laptop-1.gz'
