Currently context menu in KDE is creating old KOffice type documents, but now
ODF documents are default and preferred type even in KOffice...

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on desktop
2.Create new>Text Document
Actual Results:  
new KOffice application/x-kword document

Expected Results:  
new OASIS OpenDocument Text
