Geninitrd can not generate initrd with modules options in /etc/modprobe.conf

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1./etc/modprobe.conf:
options i810fb vram=8 xres=1280 yres=1024 bpp=16 hsync1=30 hsync2=115 vsync1=50
vsync2=85 accel=1 mtrr=1
2./etc/sysconfig/geninitrd:
BASICMODULES="i2c-core i2c-algo-bit fb_ddc agpgart intel-agp i810fb"
3.# geninitrd -v initrd-2.6.22.17-2.gz 2.6.22.17-2
Actual Results:  
geninitrd: ERROR: module vram=8 present in modules.dep, but not in filesystem
(kernel = 2.6.22.17-2)
