[Bug 382396] [NEW] syslog-ng blocking programs trying to write to /dev/log

package version: syslog-ng-3.0.1-14.x86_64

this is very annoying as non functional syslogd prevents you connecting
to your system via ssh or use sudo.

syslog itself with strace:
