Status in PLD Linux Distribution: New

Bug description:
reproducer:

1. open attached file (atlassian-user.xml) using vim
2. go to the end of line 20, and open new line (i.e. press: 20G$o)

It happens on all my th machines, different archs (ppc, i686 and x86_64) and different vim versions (see below).

$ rpm -qa | grep vim
