[Bug 636346] [NEW] clutter-devel requires json-glib-devel

Public bug reported:

Any package requires clutter-devel which use to build pkg-config fails
silently (no entries in CFLAGS and LIBS) because it doesn't meet this
dependency (json-glib-devel).

[kiesiu at beth ~]$ pkg-config --cflags clutter-1.0
Package json-glib-1.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `json-glib-1.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'json-glib-1.0', required by 'Clutter', not found

clutter-1.2.12-1.i686
