Applied slightly modified patch and made all plugins non-versioned.
Fixed in echoping-6.0.2-7.src.rpm

  GNUTLS: disabled
  SMTP: enabled
  LIBIDN: enabled
  TOS: enabled
  PRIORITY: enabled

  Plugins are searched in /usr/lib/echoping.

  
  $ echoping -m dns
