I have commited it as patch to poldek.spec but there was a time when we
(with megabajt) commited almost to git repository as smaller patches,
with improvements :)

Bug description:
  In multilib (x86_64 with i686 elements) system poldek treats i686 packages as more important than x86_64.
  This way it can brake base x86_64 structure during upgrade.
