Basic functionality works now, thanks :)

Next problem:

poldek:/all-avail> install -F *
error: kernel: multiple instances installed, give up
error: kernel-misc-vboxguest-4.1.18-5 at 3.4.10_1.x86_64: refusing to upgrade held package
error: kernel-misc-vboxsf-4.1.18-5 at 3.4.10_1.x86_64: refusing to upgrade held package
error: kernel-misc-vboxvideo-4.1.18-5 at 3.4.10_1.x86_64: refusing to upgrade held package
rpmdb: BDB2055 Lock table is out of available locker entries
Memory fault

disabling %_rpmpath_lock in rpm5 macros does not improve things.

Bug description:
  1) configure fails due to rpmlib.h removal in rpm 5.4
  2) even after working around missing rpmlib.h there is a lot of errors in pm/rpm because of poldek using internal rpm types
