Finally, I was able to reproduce this leak. In order to do so, I had to
run poldek as root.

It looks like the leak was caused by rpmmiCount(), but I have no idea
why. In attached patch I have removed one call to this function which
seems to be unneeded.

  1) configure fails due to rpmlib.h removal in rpm 5.4
  2) even after working around missing rpmlib.h there is a lot of errors in pm/rpm because of poldek using internal rpm types
