+Core-Developers-Group
+~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
+
+Core Developers Group operates in favor of PLD Linux Distribution.
+CDG takes decisions democratically. Taking decisions that are critical for
+the distribution are solving conflicts are in management of CDG.
+
+CDG should mean general ellection. And belonging to CDG should mean the
+second stage of developper status (after getting the RW).
+
+
+*** Conflicts.
+
+CDG can take decisions, which cannot be taken by developpers during
+discussion. For example:
+  1. Revoking somebody's RW in CVS
+  2. Disputes about contents of a specific specfile
+
+
+*** Decisions.
+
+Decisions about issuing sequential versions of the distribution and the
+timing.
+
+
+*** Membrance.
+
+Usunięcie/przyjęcie z CDG jest możliwe po decyzji min. 2/3 głosów przy minimum
+50% frekwencji. Głosują członkowie CDG.
+
+Proposal concerning usunięcie członka zostaje poddany pod głosowanie po 3 miesiącach
+nieaktywności w CDG (brak wypowiedzi, głosowania itp.).
+
+Członek może na własne życzenie usunąć się ze składu CDG. Nie wymaga
+to głosowania.
+
+Członek, który nie może czasowo uczestniczyć w pracach CDG, może zawiesić
+swoje członkostwo. Odbywa sie to poprzez dopisanie tekstu
+":zawieszony do <data>" po loginie zawieszającego się członka w pliku
+skład.txt . Zawieszenie biegnie od dnia następującego po dniu, w którym
+dokonano wpisu (wg UTC) do dnia podanego we wpisie włącznie. Możliwy jest
+wcześniejszy powrót członka do składu CDG - poprzez usunięcie wpisu
+dotyczącego zawieszenia - wówczas ostatnim dniem zawieszenia jest dzień
+poprzedzający dzień usunięcia wpisu (wg UTC). W okresie zawieszenia
+- nie biegnie okres bezczynności członka, o którym mowa w sekcji Skład,
+- członek nie jest brany pod uwagę przy obliczaniu kworum głosowania, w
+  czasie trwania którego był on nieustannie zawieszony.
+Łącznie okresy zawieszenia członka nie mogą przekraczać 6 miesięcy w ciagu
+roku kalendarzowego.
+
+Usunięcie z CDG nie oznacza odebrania RW.
+

+*** Voting.
+
+Voting proposal may be filled by any PLD developer (not necessary member
+of CDG), proposal than lays in CVS for at least 24h, during which it
+should be dicussed and changed, if needed.
+
+Proposal must be then seconded by three members of CDG, which is
+followed by a voting. Proposal that does not get enough support in 
+30 days from the day it filled is automatically withdrawn. Proposal may
+be also withdrawn by its author, provided that the voting phase has not
+begun yet.
+
+Voting will take place through the cdg cvs module
+(cvs://cvs.pld-linux.org/cdg/). Voting is public, with a possibility of
+changing the vote through the voting period. CDG members may also vote
+using PGP-sgined email sent to the CDG mailing list. Public key should
+be placed in PGP-keys module of mentioned cvs server.
+
+Voting lasts for 48h since the beginning announced on the list. In case
+of insufficient turnout, voting may be prolonged by the next 48h at most
+three times.
+
+Votes that were not cast are treated as abstenation after the voting was
+finished.
+
+Changes to this regulations or changes of the CDG makeup require 2/3
+votes with at least 50% turnout.
+
+All other votings require usual majority of votes, regardless of
+turnout.
+

+
+Changes in this document are in management of CDG.
