+Executes '<program> <args>*' with an LD_PRELOADed 'tconn.so' library.
+It reads '\$TCONN_CFG' where the used flavor of 'tconn.so' can be

+TCONN_LIB=tconn.so           ... only connect(2) will be wrapped [default]
