  won't catch thos options
- shared/static config changes
	- compress usage messages
	- disable /etc/networks support
	- enable install,whoami,ed,arp applets
	- enable readink -f, stat -c, xargs -0, hdparm -d options
	- enable 64 bit support in test
	- enable remote syslog
	- enable http sendfile
	- enable calling applets directly (without fork/exec)
