+Niniejsze głosowanie ma na celu:
+- dokonanie wyboru Release Managera TH spośród dostępnych kandydatów
+- dokonanie formalnej akceptacji zwycięskiego kandydata jako RM-a TH,
+  zgodnie z wymogami regulaminowymi.

+Procedura głosowania:
+(Dotychczasowe głosowania CDG odbywały się w formule tak/nie/wstrzymuję
+się i taka też formuła jest opisana w instrukcji głosowania. Przy czym
+instrukcja głosowania w obecnym kształcie *nie* jest formalnie umocowana
+w regulaminie CDG, co znaczy, że głosowanie w alternatywny sposób nie
+będzie sprzeczne z regulaminem, a co za tym idzie będzie formalnie
+poprawne.)

+Na potrzeby niniejszego głosowania definiuje się następującą procedurę:
+1. W sekcji przeznaczonej dla danego kandydata należy wpisać swój
+   CVS-owy login, dwukropek, po czym nick/nazwisko popieranego kandydata.
+   Na przykład: "mmazur:bush" bądź "mmazur:dubya".
+2. Można wstrzymać się od głosu. (Format: "mmazur:wstrzymuje-sie")
+3. Zgodnie z regulaminem decyzja podjęta zostaje zwykłą większością
+   głosów. Nie jest wymagana 50% obecność.
+4. Za wynik głosowania, zgodny z regulaminową zasadą "zwykłej większości
+   głosów", uznaje się wybór i akceptację na stanowisko RM-a TH kandydata,
+   na którego zostanie oddana największa ilość głosów.

+(The reference langauge of this proposal is Polish since that's the native tongue
+of the author. If there are any incompatibilities, the Polish version takes

+The following vote is to:
+- decide which of the candidates will become the TH Release Manager
+- formally accept the chosen candidate as the RM of TH in accordance with
+  the formal requirements.
+
+Voting procedure:
+(Customarily CDG votes are in the yes/no/abstain format as specified in the
+voting instructions. However this instructions are *not* part of the formal CDG
+regulations, meaning alternative voting procedures are not against the rules,
+rendering votes performed according to alternative procedures formally valid.)
+
+This particular vote will use the following voting procedure:
+1. In the section designated to a given candidate, a voting CDG member
+   is to enter his CVS login, followed by a colon, followed by the nick or
+   last name of the supported candidate.
+   For example: "mmazur:bush" or "mmazur:dubya".
+2. One can abstain. (Format: "mmazur:abstain")
+3. In accordance with CDG regulations this vote, in order to be opperative, does not
+   require a 50% turnout. A simple majority is sufficient.
+4. In accordance with the formal rule of "require[ing] a simple majority of
+   votes" the result of this vote will be the election of and acceptance for
+   the RM of TH position the candidate with the most votes cast to his name.
+
