    sorry but it does not work, bump to 5.18.12
    
    with autogen-libs-5.18.4-3.x86_64.rpm installed still get such error:
    
    Automated Options Processing Error!
            /usr/sbin/ntpd called AutoOpts function with structure version 41:0:1.
            This exceeds the compiled library version:  41:0:16
    (AutoOpts bug):  optionProcess() was called with invalid data.
