    remove layer7 patch
    
    as pointed out by Chiranjit Khamrai layer7 module depends on
    CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL which was last present in 3.8. since nobody noticed
    module is not even built for nearly 10 years it's safe to assume it can
    be dropped.
