On x32 glibc computes the page counts for sysconf(_SC_PHYS_PAGES) and
sysconf(_SC_AVPHYS_PAGES) with a 32-bit long, so on a machine with more than
4 GiB of RAM both wrap around and the reported total comes out smaller than
the reported available memory, which is what this test checks. Not a bug in
coreutils; drop this once glibc handles x32 correctly.
