    disable apidocs
    
    apidocs rely on overly complex python scripts making heavy use of vens.
    both combined make it extremely hard to avoid network access (used by
    pip install). on top of that docs generation makes use of libclang for
    some reason and seems to be incompatible with llvm >= 22.
    
    not worth the hassle afaic but if someone wants to give it a shot feel
    free to do so.
