user games in setup

Why does the "games" user have gid 100 (there is even no such group
defined in PLD) instead of 20 (games gid)?

I am just preparing crossfire server. I don't want to create new
user/group for it, so I would like it to be started as "games" user.
It would have access to files as "games" group (I don't wont "games"
user to be owner of anything it won't create).

Should I try to fix the setup package? Or should I better create
crossfire user and group?
