kernel-2.2.18-12 and DRI

Hi,

that's me again :-)
This time I found out, that although now our kernel package contain
DRI drivers (drm modules) they are too old to work with newest XFree.
At least for ATI Rage 128.

I am getting such message in XFree log:
128(0): R128DRIScreenInit failed (DRM version = 1.0.0, expected 2.1.x).  Disabling DRI.


Are there any chances it will be updated? I don't have enough time and
resource to hack kernel.spec :-(
