Installation problem

Hello!!
I have folowing sugestion. There is a problem with instaling
PLD from CDROM on SCSI only system. One cannot mount the cdrom
without the scsimodules which are located on cdrom. In some
sence the cdrom is useles. One have to use floppy!!! Is there
any elegant solution of this problem ??
