Works well. I suppose there's no chance to move it to HEAD now.

Scrollkeeper has broken dependences now and requiring
docbook-dtd412-xml-1.0-4 will not work, because 'someone' may bump
release of normal docbook-dtd412-xml to be up-to-date with other
distros, so i'll add P: docbook-dtd412-xml-xmlcatalog to xmlversion of
dtd and R: above to scrollkeeper.
