First you should checkout the sources, then pack and upload them to:

	ftp://<your_cvs_login>@dropin.pld-linux.org/ 

After that you can safely commit the spec with SourceX: line having no
URL, but only the filename, like you did in libic.spec:

	Source0:	%{name}-cvs-%{cvs_release}.tar.gz

They will be automatically uploaded into distfiles.pld-linux.org and
removed from dropin.pld-linux.org.
