Hi Helge,

No it is not, it is ignored because it is inrelevant and/or non
applicable. I know that dissccussing semantical meanings of words is 
not a good idea on this mailing list, but in the case of some statistics or
something it might by rellevant, hence I propose to keep the meaning of
the words. Resloved means that some action has been taken in order to 
change the state of art, ignored means it wasn't the case because of 
inrelevance or nonaplicability of bugreport.
