rpm-build R: bzip2?

Since rpmbuild is capable of unpacking .tar.bz2 sources, but needs bzip2
(the binary, not the library) for that, I suggest to add a dependency.

[saq at neptune SPECS]$ grep -r 'BuildReq.*bzip2$' .|wc -l
7
[saq at neptune SPECS]$ grep -r 'Source.*tar.bz2$' .|wc -l
1608

Either that or a massive attack.

Any protests?
